Maintaining control of your clients both in terms of owning the work you do for them plus preventing them looking around for other providers is HUGE!
This is one of the BIGGEST lessons I’ve learned in over 11 years doing the Offline to Online consulting system.
Webpage rentals or leasing is one way we could retain complete control of the service we provide clients because we own the property and only rent the leads or space to the clients.

There are a lot of misconceptions about online marketing for local business and most systems you see online are complicated and require a lot more knowledge and skill than they let on.
Webpage leasing or rentals is easy and you can set one up in 30 minutes if you know what to do.
Getting your page ranked is the next step after uploading your page and this can take a few days or more depending what you do and in what order. (I’ll show you exactly how I get most pages ranked top ten in Google after only a few days)
Once you have this valuable property, you will find a ton of local business chomping at the bit to rent you page:-)

You said a lot in this video. You said that you would show us how to do certain things. Where do you show this? I really need to see it as soon as possible so I’ll know what it takes to make this happen.
I agree, this strategy is not hard to put in place. The main question I have is “How do you capture the leads”? In other words…what are you offering them to make them give you the name and email?

In most cases I am giving away a free report that one of my content writers will put together. In the early days I would gather 6 or 7 good articles from ezinearticles.com and create a report out of those of course keeping the resource section as per the terms.
This is the quickest way and I never had really any complaints because the info was very good.

Thanks for the reply. That’s an seriously great idea.
I have a few key questions about this process:
1. When you offer the guide or report, do you give it to them or do you make them double opt-in. If you double opt-it, do you see a drop in response?
2. How many pages do you normally make the report?
3. When you rent the page to a business, how much do you generally rent it for?
4. How do you go about forwarding the leads to them? Do you simply forward the subscriber notice to their email?
5. In the process do you ask for a phone number in your subscriber form? If not, does the business simply begin to email the lead? Or how do you have them to work it for best results?

No I don’t usually use double optin because the response does drop and I don’t find it crucial.
I usually have 7+ page report and the fees are worked on a formula in the Offline Goldmine Membership that I teach.
In some cases the leads/phone calls just go straight to the client depends on a number of variables.

Hi Kelly,
The membership has been closed for a while because I have a number of coaching students and devote a lot of time to helping members.
That being said, I am opening it up again due to a lot of demand and will be offering 3 levels:
Level 1 will be a charter membership to all the Offline Goldmine coaching material (this would be a lifetime membership for the first group of people).
Level 2 will be the charter membership plus some private training from myself.
Level 3 will be all the above plus 3 months personal mentoring from me and private material I don’t divulge outside my inner circle, there will be weekly one on one calls with me and personal mentoring of your campaigns. This level will be very restricted to a handful of people who want to slingshot their business but must pass my criterion to get in.
A number of my students are Main street marketing members and also own Local business money machine and have all said they spend most of their time in the Offline Goldmine.
